Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using Dashplan ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Dashplan is operated by an Australian individual. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

Dashplan provides software tools for musicians, including stage plot creation, setlist management, and gig management. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice where possible, but this cannot always be guaranteed.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access the Service through your account.

You must be 18 years or older to create a paid account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, attempt to access other users' data, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Dashplan Pro is billed at A$25 per month, excluding GST and any other applicable taxes. Additional band member slots are available at A$2 per month each, and additional band slots are available at A$10 per month each. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, but no partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email before any change takes effect.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

We do not offer refunds for subscription charges unless required by Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law, contact us at hello@dashplan.com.au and we will assess your request.

You own all content you create in Dashplan — your gig records, setlists, stage plots, band information and any other data you input. We claim no ownership over your content.

You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We do not verify, review or audit the content you create.

You agree not to use Dashplan to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, spam or harm others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service

Dashplan is a workflow and organisational tool designed for working musicians. Any information, suggestions, templates, or feature workflows provided within the platform — including invoice formats, GST fields, payment tracking, superannuation fields, and financial summaries — are intended as practical aids only, not professional advice.

All content and feature guidance is provided to the best of our knowledge, drawing on common practices within the Australian music industry. It does not constitute financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Information provided through the platform may not reflect your individual circumstances, and no warranty is made as to its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your situation.

The financial tracking tools in Dashplan — including invoice generation, GST calculations, member payouts, and superannuation fields — are organisational aids that reflect workflows commonly used by working musicians. They are provided to help you manage your day-to-day operations, not to replace professional advice tailored to your needs.

For questions about your specific tax obligations, business structure, superannuation requirements, contracts, or any other legal or financial matter, you must consult a qualified accountant, financial adviser, or solicitor. Dashplan is not a registered tax agent, licensed financial services provider, or legal practitioner, and nothing in this platform should be interpreted as such.

We are here to provide a platform that helps you get things done — not to act as your lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser. Any decisions made using information or tools within Dashplan are your own responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Dashplan and its operator are not liable for:

• Any loss of data, income, or profit arising from your use of the Service
• Errors or omissions in the content of the Service
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Any financial or tax decisions made using information from the Service

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

We aim to keep Dashplan available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may perform maintenance that results in temporary downtime, and will attempt to do so outside peak hours where possible.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
