What's included

Public band profile

A shareable profile page with bio, genre, location, performance video and a direct contact button for booking enquiries.

Direct booking enquiries

Prospective clients send enquiries straight to you — no agent commission, no third-party platform taking a cut.

Searchable band directory

Your profile is listed in Dashplan's band directory, searchable by genre and location by event organisers looking for acts.

Your band's booking page, without building a website

Getting booked as a band usually means paying an agent a commission, maintaining a full website that goes out of date, or hoping social media followers convert into event enquiries. Dashplan gives you a public band profile — a clean, shareable page with your bio, genre, location, performance video and a direct booking contact — that works as your online booking presence without the overhead.

Every band on Dashplan gets a public profile page listed in Dashplan's band directory, searchable by genre and location. Event organisers, function clients and venue bookers who use the directory find acts by style and area — adding your profile puts you in front of people who are actively looking for a band, not just scrolling your social feed.

A booking enquiry from your profile goes straight to your inbox. No agent taking a cut, no third-party platform extracting a commission, no delay while a middleman relays messages. The client contacts you; you respond directly; you agree the fee and log the gig in Dashplan's Gig Manager.

Your profile works as a standalone business card you can share anywhere — email signature, social media bio, wedding supplier directories, client follow-up messages. Send the link and the client sees your video reel, genre, location, bio and a contact button. Always current, no resending an outdated PDF pack.

Band members who join your Dashplan account can view upcoming shows from their own dashboard — so the whole band knows what is booked and what is coming up, without you forwarding every booking confirmation manually.

Frequently asked questions

Can clients find my band through Dashplan?+

Yes. Public band profiles are listed in Dashplan's band directory, searchable by genre and location. Event organisers and function clients can browse acts and contact them directly.

How do booking enquiries come through?+

A contact form on your public band profile sends enquiries directly to your inbox. No agent, no platform commission, no response delay.

Can I manage more than one band?+

Yes. Additional bands cost A$10/month each and are fully separate — own members, gigs, setlists, stage plot and public profile.

How do band members join?+

Invite members by email from your band settings. They receive an invitation link, create a free Dashplan account, and are added to your band.

What do band members get access to?+

Shared setlists, Live Mode, upcoming shows, their assigned tasks and the stage plot. Financial records, invoices and gig fees are visible only to the band leader.

Can I embed a performance video on my profile?+

Yes. Add a YouTube or Vimeo link and it will be embedded on your public profile page — so clients can see you perform before they send an enquiry.

Is my band profile publicly listed automatically?+

Yes. Your band profile is publicly accessible and listed in the band directory. You can also share the direct link anywhere — social media, emails, your own website.

Does this replace a band website?+

For many bands, yes. A Dashplan profile covers the key elements a client looks for: who you are, what you play, where you're based, a video, and a way to get in touch. For a simple booking presence, it's everything you need.
