What's included
Visual bar timeline
Drag Intro, Verse, Chorus, Bridge and other section cues onto a bar grid. Zoom in or out to see the full structure of your song at once.
Configurable click tone
Set separate Hz, waveform and volume for the downbeat and upbeats. Add a count-in bar with numbered audio cues so the band locks in from beat one.
WAV export for any DAW
Render your complete click track — count-in included — as a 44.1kHz mono WAV. Import it into Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton or any other DAW and line it up with your backing tracks.
A click track that fits your actual song
Generic metronome apps give you a beep. Dashplan's Click Track Builder gives you a complete performance tool — a scrollable bar timeline where you can drop section cues at exactly the right bars, set your count-in, configure your click tone, and export the whole thing as a clean WAV file.
Import it into your DAW and align it with your backing track. When the band hears "Chorus" called out at bar 13, everyone knows where they are in the song — no one is reading a handwritten chart or losing their place mid-set.

What DAWs can I import the click track into?+
Any DAW that accepts WAV files — Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, GarageBand, Reaper and others. The exported file is a standard 44.1kHz 16-bit mono WAV.
Does the count-in appear in the exported WAV?+
Yes. The count-in bars are rendered at the start of the exported WAV, exactly as configured. This means your DAW playback and the band count-in are all in the same file.
Can I change the click tone?+
Yes. You can set separate frequency (Hz), waveform (sine, square, triangle) and volume for the downbeat (ONE) and upbeats (2, 3, 4) independently.
What are section cues?+
Section cues are audio announcements — Intro, Verse, Chorus, Bridge, Outro and more — that play on the click track a bar before (or exactly on) the relevant section. They help every member of the band know where they are without looking at a chart.
