Can I set my own hourly rates?+
Yes. You set your playing rate, standby rate and travel rate in Quote Helper settings. Dashplan applies them to every new quote automatically.
Does it calculate GST?+
Yes. If GST is enabled on the quote, Dashplan calculates the 10% component and displays both the ex-GST total and the GST-inclusive total on the quote.
Can I add custom line items?+
Yes. You can add custom add-ons — additional equipment, hire fees, or any one-off cost — and they'll appear as separate line items on the quote.
Can I convert a quote to a gig?+
Yes. Once a quote is accepted, you can convert it to a gig in the Gig Manager with one click — the client, date and fee carry across automatically.
